Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Family Law Attorneys and/or Probate Law Attorneys to join our team remotely. You'll handle diverse probate law and/or family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division, while adapting to a remote-first legal environment. This role offers flexible hours and competitive compensation for motivated professionals.
In this digital era, we are expanding our remote legal services and looking for experienced Family Law and/or Probate Law Attorneys, licensed in Washington State, to join our team. Adapt to the digital shift in legal services, including Zoom court hearings and virtual client consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in diverse family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
- Perform detailed legal research, draft legal documents (Pleadings, motions, agreements), and provide expert counsel.
- Collaborate effectively with our legal team to ensure excellent client service.
- Participate in remote court proceedings and consultations.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in family law within Washington State.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Washington State (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing family law and/or probate law.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Comfort with virtual technology for remote hearings and client consultations.
