Approximately 3–10 years of civil litigation experience. More experienced candidates with an established practice or portable book of business are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in briefing and drafting, written discovery, depositions, motion and appellate practice, strategic planning, and case management.
Ability to understand and develop cases involving complex medical, scientific, or technical issues. Experience in complex civil litigation, such as catastrophic-loss defense, environmental/toxic tort, construction, property disputes, Article 78 proceedings, or related areas is particularly relevant but not required.
Ability and willingness to take ownership of active matters and deadlines while collaborating effectively with other attorneys.
