Small But Mighty Central Indiana Elder Law Firm is seeking an Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Elder Law Attorney with five or more years of experience to immediately assist a long time elder law attorney with an active and growing caseload. We are a family oriented firm with fifty years of service to Central Indiana, thirty-seven years in elder law. We value excellence in work product and a caring disposition toward clients and staff. Our firm is entering its next phase and excited to grow with the right individual. We currently travel throughout Central and Southern Indiana to meet clients, and would like to possibly open a second office in Southern Indiana. If you're an elder law attorney with a few years of experience, familiar with Indiana Medicaid Planning, estates, trusts, and some real estate, looking for a place where you can immediately have a steady stream of work, a friendly atmosphere, close community connections in a growing small town, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements
Immediately service and manage estate planning, Medicaid planning, supervised and unsupervised estates, wills and trusts, and miscellaneous real estate matters in an active elder law firm. Must be compassionate, self motivated, trustworthy, loyal, and able to work closely with an elder statesman of the Indiana Elder Law community. The ability to travel through Central and Southern Indiana to meet clients is a priority. Office is open Monday thru Friday, 8:30 - 5:00.
