We are a well-established boutique Family Law firm located in the heart of Coral Gables seeking an experienced Associate Attorney who is passionate about helping families through life’s most challenging legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys litigation, values client relationships, and is looking for long-term professional growth in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Independently manage a family law caseload from initial consultation through final resolution
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other court filings
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
- Develop case strategy and provide exceptional client service
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
- Work closely with an experienced legal support team to efficiently move cases forward
- Courtroom Opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Florida Family Law experience
- Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Strong litigation, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
