Role Overview:
We are expanding into Pennsylvania and seeking a skilled attorney to join our team remotely, focusing on plaintiff personal injury matters within the State of Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have proven trial experience, excellent litigation instincts, and the drive to deliver top-tier results for injured clients. While plaintiff-side experience is preferred, strong defense-side experience will also be considered. Trial Experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex personal injury matters from intake through trial.
Collaborate with our Firm’s leadership team to build case strategy, engage experts, prepare depositions, motions, and trial presentations.
Maintain high standards of communication and client service.
Provide mentoring or leadership as our Pennsylvania operations grow, helping to build the local practice footprint.

Requirements
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Trial experience.
Strong track record in personal injury litigation: motor vehicle, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, etc.
Excellent written, oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
Knowledgeable about filing court documents in the Pennsylvania electronic document portal.
Capable of traveling to and attending any Pennsylvania venue, as needed.
Self-motivated, remote-capable, with reliable home-office infrastructure.
Commitment to client-first, results-driven representation aligned with our firm’s values.
Prior plaintiff personal injury practice preferred; however, defense side experience in personal injury is acceptable.
